A.T.T.G. License Terms (Preview)
Grant of License: A limited, non-transferable, single-use license to publicly play or synchronize the AI-generated music purchased for one event, wedding, or business location.
Ownership: All compositions, arrangements, and audio masters remain the property of A.T.T.G. and Gerard Barnes. This license grants use rights only; ownership is not transferred.
Restrictions: Redistribution, duplication, or resale of any A.T.T.G. music file is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized use may result in license termination and legal action.
Duration: Each license is valid for one event, one business site, or one advertising campaign (as defined at purchase). Renewal is required for additional use.
Verification: Each track includes a unique license ID and metadata for verification and compliance under A.T.T.G.’s patent framework.
Liability: A.T.T.G. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from misuse of licensed materials.
