What does Medicare Part A cover?
Part A helps cover inpatient hospital care, skilled nursing facility care, hospice care, and some home health care.
What does Medicare Part B cover?
Part B helps cover medically necessary doctor services, outpatient care, preventive services, durable medical equipment, mental health services, and certain limited outpatient prescription drugs.
Does Original Medicare cover everything?
No. Some services may not be covered, including many routine dental, vision, hearing, long-term care, and cosmetic services. Extra coverage may help depending on your situation.
